Many of us chose careers in medicine because it provided us with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, while also providing us with the means to have a great life (or so we thought…). Many of us become trapped in the whirlwind of our careers, sometimes wanting our lives to be different, but struggling to make sense of how to create the lives we imagined.

At the end of this session, I hope you will have a cup that is a little fuller and one commitment to support you in building a more fulfilling life.
